We believe transportation is critical to the success of your program. It is your guests’ first and last impression of your meeting and we take pride in assuring each guest is treated like a VIP.

Upon arrival, our experienced meet and greet staff welcomes each guest with customized signage in Baggage Claim, assists them with their luggage and loads them into their assigned vehicle for the hotel.
 
Each transfer is carried out with a uniformed driver and at least one Sterling Transportation Coordinator is on site to oversee the smooth dispatching of all vehicles each day. When your guests experience transportation service that is reliable, modern, clean and safe, you have happy attendees and rave event reviews.

• Upon arrival to hotel, Sterling staff greet guests and assist with hotel check-in
• Monitor actual vehicles and staff hours needed on site
• Manager’s phone number available to your guests for last minute flight changes and requests
• Customized departure notices for each guest

Post Event

• Review and verify supplier invoices for final billing purposes
• Dispute unapproved charges with suppliers
• Provide detailed daily usage and charges to client for future budget forecasting
