Deborah Badger

Part Midwestern, part California girl, she may be a newbie at Sterling but this certainly isn’t Deborah’s first rodeo in the world of hospitality and special events. Deborah recently joined our Triangle office with more than 25 years in the hospitality industry. Her fantastic experience is dotted with key roles including Convention Services Manager, Executive Meeting Manager, and Director of Sales in boutique hotels, oceanfront resorts, convention centers and private clubs in Indiana and Los Angeles. Diving in with us from day one, Deborah loves that there is never a dull moment and recently took on the challenge of helping a pair of bag pipers quietly warm up onsite at 6:30am without waking the in-house group. We can’t wait to see what she takes on next.
